The hotel had all the amenities I expected and the staff were excellent. I really liked the convenient location, just a few minutes' walk to the main street and the beach. The views from my room were fantastic, overlooking the surrounding areas and the beachfront.

The location of the hotel was ideal, being in the center of Pattaya and close to everything we needed. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, particularly the swimming pool on the rooftop which had a spa and beautiful views. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and the food served was delicious.

The hotel is conveniently located, just far enough away from the noise of the downtown area, but still close to beach road, food places, and other entertainment options. The rooms are well decorated, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The staff is professional and treat their clients with kindness.
Quality of housekeeping could be improved, as they wanted to charge a fine for a non-returned bottle of complimentary water from the minibar.
